Fixed the believer's description

Just a quick update this morning.  It was pointed out to me that the description of the Believer was the same as the Skeptic.  Just a simple mistake while copying things between documents.  I fixed it.  I also put version numbers in the document names so it will be easier to see if you have the latest version.

If you see any other issues please let me know.  I really haven't had this stuff proof read yet so there might be minor issues but I will fix them as they are uncovered.
